All items are shipped standard via UPS ground. Other shipping methods are available upon request; please call a Customer Service Specialist at 1-800-691-5540. For shipment to Canada, Canada Customs may charge duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. These fees are responsibilities of the customer who placed the order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Credit card payments will be handled by "Kendoo Technology," which is the name that will appear on your credit card statement.
We also accept payment by check. Please make checks payable to "Kendoo Technology."

Return Policy |
- Return of Damaged or Defective Items:
All megaphones have been carefully tested and inspected before shipment to our customers. In the event of damage due to the course of shipment, please contact us within 30 days from the invoice date by calling 1-800-691-5540 to get a return authorization number (RMA #) before you return the product(s).
We make every reasonable effort to replace items in a timely manner. Please have the following information available:
-Your email address
-Your mailing address
-Your phone number
-Your invoice number
The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to MegaphoneUSA.

- Return of Unwanted Items:
All items are covered by our Return Policy, effective within 30 days from the purchase date.
A re-stocking fee of $15.00 will be charged for each item returned.
For returns more than 30 days after the purchase date, it is under management's discretion to refund partially, replace with another unit, or to decline the return.
The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to MegaphoneUSA and the cost will not be refunded.

- Return of Incorrect Items:
If you have received an incorrect item, or an error has occurred with your purchase order, please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 1-800-691-5540 within 30 days from the purchase date.
